1st course: Local Baby Gem Salad – Shaved radish/beet/carrot/meyer lemon/parmesan/lemon garlic dressing paired with Zocker Gruner Veltliner/Edna Valley 2012.
2nd course: Bacon Burger Slider with Fries – Kobe beef/white cheddar/smoked shallot marmalade/BROTHERS BACON STEAK/house aioli paired with Flying Goat Pinot Noir YNOT/Santa Barbara County 2012 and Miso Bacon Steamed Buns – Steamed bun/miso cured bacon/pickled vegetables/cilantro paired with Kaena Grenache/Santa Ynez Valley 2012.
3rd course: Mud Sundae – Coffee caramel cookie ice cream/whipped cream/hot fudge/caramel/pecans paired with Buttonwood Cabernet Sauvignon/Santa Ynez Valley 2009.
